Step 2: We confirm property information
Appraise & Verify Property
Proline Mortgage will need to ensure the property is valued correctly and available for purchase and/or refinance. The property will be appraised by an appraisal professional and doing a legal search on the property title. This is coordinated for you by Proline Mortgage, once this step is complete we let you know.
